1) How do I purchase the item (ready stock) listed on your website?

Simply contact me at 9869 3166 to arrange for transaction; OR
Drop me an email at thefashiongateway@gmail.com and indicate the following
1) Item(s) you want to purchase
2) Your name
3) Your contact number
4) Your preferred mode of transaction: Self-Collection, Postage, Courier (see details below)
I will reply your email within 24 hours.

Note: International buyers, please email to enquire on postage.

2) Are the designer/branded items listed on your website AUTHENTIC?

Yes, they certainly are! All designer items listed on my website are bought directly from boutiques or authorised stores. I also double check all my branded items to make sure they are 100% authentic before I list them on this website, as I think it’s totally unethical to sell counterfeits.


In an unlikely event that the branded item you bought on my website is a counterfeit, I will offer a full refund given that you abide by the following procedures:
a) Send in the proof from Mypouette.com to state the item you have purchased from me is a counterfeit (you may need to pay them for this authentication service). This has to be done within 5 days of obtaining the branded item.
b) I will then promptly arrange a meet up to refund the full amount you paid to purchase the item, as well as for you to return the item in its original condition and packaging to me.

Thus, you can purchase with assurance and confidence.

3) Return Policy

All sales are final. I do not accept returns, except for authenticity of branded items (which again, I am confident will not happen).

So please check item description carefully and ask all questions before making arrangement for transaction.

4) Payment


Payment / transaction must be done within 3 working days. Otherwise, transaction will automatically be cancelled and relisted on website.

b) POSB/OCBC bank transfers (if you prefer item to be mailed out to you)

Meet up at any of the following places
* Marymount MRT Station (Circleline) preferred - meet-up time and day is flexible
* Other MRT stations - can be arranged at both parties' convenience 
b) Postage
Buyers have to pay for own postage (unless otherwise stated). I highly recommend buyer to opt for registered post (an addition of SG$2.30, on top of normal postage cost) as I will not be responsible for any lost items. Item will be inspected and mailed out by next working day once payment is cleared by bank transfer.
c) Courier
Buyers have to pay for courier fees (unless otherwise stated), which may vary depending on location and urgency.
